This collection is comprised of a single volume scrapbook kept by Mary Lois Sibley Eve, and reflects her interests in: local art, the United Daughters of the Confederacy, Confederate memorial efforts, and education.

Scope and Contents This collection includes copies of the Southern Republic Newspaper, as well as the Tri-Weekly constituionalist. The papers cover news and commentary from all parts of the Confederate States of America. This is a good source for local advertisements. This collection is comprised of a single folder of newspaper clippings and ephemera collected by W. Milton Folds, the Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Industry and Trade. W. Milton Folds was appointed commissioner following the election of George Busbee as Governor of Georgia in 1977.
